This is a part-time position - 32 hours per week.

You will use your HR skills to help build a professional culture in the Prison Chaplaincy Service.

Role Priorities

We need someone who is experienced in managing recruitment processes, dealing with conduct and performance issues, understands professional development for managers and can develop and implement HR policies.   

Role Preferences

Experience working with the not for profit sector, understanding of the requirements of dealing with paid and volunteer staff, and empathy for the work of PCSANZ and the churches and faith-based communities that support us.

Tikanga Pasefika encompasses Fiji, Tonga, Samoa and the Cook Islands, and is known as the Diocese of Polynesia. Publication: 'Anglican Taonga' (Treasure) is a publication affirming the unity and diversity of the Anglican community in these islands. .
